Marylynn Gagnon

QRS Program and Budget Manager

Marylynn has served as Program and Budget Manager for the QRS Program since 2007. A partnership between Tulane and the State of Louisiana’s Department of Children and Family Services, QRS is designed to increase the quality of child care centers throughout the State. She serves as liaison between the Tulane Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, the Department of Children and Family Services and six nonprofit subcontractors that serve to accomplish the contract’s mission.

Prior to joining Tulane Medical School’s Department of Psychiatry, Marylynn worked for Tulane Medical Center as Director of Physician Services, providing leadership for the referral development team in driving specialty referrals from community physician groups throughout the Gulf South to Tulane’s hospital and clinics. Marylynn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tulane Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University, New Orleans.
